I offer an Integrative Therapeutic approach such as: somatic healing techniques, EMDR, EMDR Intensives, and the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) in addition to traditional talk therapy. If you’re struggling with unresolved trauma, anxiety, or emotional triggers, EMDR can help you reprocess these experiences and find relief. EMDR Intensives offer an accelerated option for those ready to make significant progress in a shorter time frame. During a consultation, we’ll determine the best fit for your goals.

I offer online therapy to anyone living in Oregon or Colorado.

EMDR Intensives:
1-day/75-minute session: $275
1-day/2-hour session: $450
2-day/2-hour session: $1,100
Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP):
2-month SSP protocol: $700
Individual Sessions:
$200 per clinical hour (50 - 55 minutes).

I accept In-Network and Out-Of-Network insurance benefits for individual sessions.
Insurance for in-network services is through Alma and I am credentialed with: UnitedHealthcare, Oxford Health Plans, Cigna, Aetna, UMR, Oscar, UHC Student Resources, AllSavers UHC, Meritain, Nippon, United Healthcare Shared Services, Allied Benefit Systems - Aetna, Surest (Formerly Bind), Health Plans Inc., UnitedHealthcare Global, Optum Live & Work Well (EAP), Christian Brothers Services - Aetna, Trustmark Health Benefits - Aetna, Trustmark Health Benefits - Cigna, Trustmark Small Business Benefits - Aetna, Health Scope - Aetna as well as an Out-of-Network provider.Out-Of-Network: I also work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions.
If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year.
