As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Therapist and Clinical Supervisor Candidate, I’m deeply committed to guiding women through life’s transitions with compassion and expertise. I specialize in helping women overcome anxiety, heal inner child wounds, and cultivate authentic self-connection. My approach integrates mind-body techniques such as EMDR, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside traditional talk therapy, to promote holistic well-being and self-compassion.
I also work with women to strengthen their sense of self and foster deeper community connections in group therapy. I understand how overwhelming anxiety and feelings of disconnection can be—but you don’t have to navigate this alone.
Sessions with me are a partnership. I’ll honor your unique journey while helping you take manageable, lasting steps toward greater emotional resilience and fulfillment. Together, we’ll work to align your life with your true self.

BUSINESS ASIDE
When I’m not being a therapist, I love to spend time with my family and two dogs, being outdoors as much as possible, and dabbling in creative arts (from wood burning to aerials).
Before becoming a therapist, I served as a Wildland Firefighter, Law Enforcement Liaison Officer, Crisis Mental Health Community Provider, Suicide Hotline Correspondent, and Flexibility Technician. These roles gave me a deep appreciation for the unique challenges faced by so many including; Parents, Public Service, and Healthcare workers to name a few.
I also bring my own lived experience of Motherhood, Chronic Stress and Adrenal Fatigue, Anxiety, Invisible Disability, and PTSD. My personal journey has fueled a passion for holistic wellness and somatic healing. These experiences drive my commitment to helping others—just like you—reconnect with their bodies, find balance, and cultivate resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
